Work Log Tab

The Work Log tab displays all time entries added to a task through manual entry or the timer. It gives users a complete view of logged time and supports editing, deleting, and filtering entries.

1. Accessing the Work Log:

  • Open a task and select the Work Log tab.
  • The screen displays:
    • Search bar
    • List of time entries
    • Total Time summary

2. Work Log Table:

Each time entry displays:

  • Time
  • Date
  • Member
  • Billing Type
  • Notes
  • Actions (Edit / Delete)

The Total Time box updates automatically when entries are added, edited, or removed.

3. Edit a Work Log Entry:

  • Hover over an entry and click the Edit icon.
  • Update time, date, billing type, or notes.
  • Select Save to confirm changes.

4. Delete a Work Log Entry:

  • Hover over an entry and select the Delete icon.
  • Confirm deletion to remove the entry permanently.

5. Search work log:

  • Use the Search by Member name field to filter entries.
  • Results update instantly based on the typed name.

The Work Log offers a complete, organized view of all time recorded on a task, ensuring teams maintain accurate billing records, track performance, and keep project information consistent.
