The View All option lets users browse the complete list of workspace projects. Workspace Owners get an even broader view, as they can see every project in the workspace and join projects they are not already part of.
1. View all projects in the workspace (all roles):
- Select View all in the projects section.
- The complete list of projects available in the workspace will be displayed.
2. Filter projects by ownership (all roles):
- Click the Ownership dropdown on the top.
- Select Owned by me to display projects owned by the current user.
- Select Owned by others to display projects owned by other workspace members.
- In either view, click any project in the list to open and view its details.
3. Join a project owned by others (Workspace Owners only):
- In the Ownership dropdown, select Owned by others.
- Click on the project that you want to join to open its details.
- Click the Join button to join the selected project.
Together, these actions help users stay organized and give Workspace Owners the flexibility to access and manage any project as needed.
